Flower Farming School Online is a 6-week self-paced online course designed to guide you to becoming a successful cut-flower farmer. Even if you live in the midst of a city, don’t have a big farm, or have no previous experience–you can do it!
If you have dreamed of becoming a flower farmer but think it isn’t possible or perhaps you are already growing and selling but are feeling overwhelmed or discouraged, this course was designed for you. I’ve been there and know exactly how you feel.
When I jumped into flower farming 20 years ago as a novice gardener with no farming experience, it surely seemed unlikely that I could build a cut-flower business. I mean, I lived in the middle of the city on a acre lot and couldn’t even have a greenhouse! But these barriers actually became the stepping stones to building a successful urban cut-flower farming business.
What starts out as a dream-come-true business choice can quickly turn to endless weeds and flat sales— but it doesn’t have to be that way. This course offers the road map to the all possibilities of becoming a flower farmer.
Flower Farming School Online will take you by the hand and lead you through the steps to a successful flower farming business with a combination of videos, slideshow programs, articles, and PDF downloads. You take the classes at your pace and from anywhere you have internet access. Students will also be invited to join a private Facebook page to support one another and that Lisa monitors and answers questions during the course.
