We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Within 60 days of product purchase an item may be returned for credit, refund or replacement, less shipping and handling charges. The item must be in new condition and accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase. If an item is being returned in exchange for an item of greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax and shipping are required. Our best asset is a satisfied customer. If you are ever unhappy about anything we do—our service, our products—please let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right. We stand behind what we sell. Items that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from ship date. Upon proof of purchase with original receipt, we will make prepaid shipping arrangements for the item to be returned for replacement, refund or exchange.

The Gardener’s Workshop Lifetime Tool Guarantee:
Certain tools have a Lifetime Guarantee. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover commercial use, abuse, misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or an act of God. If actual tool replacement cannot be made due to unavailability, Company may, at its discretion, offer comparable tool replacement or credit towards future tool purchases. This guarantee extends only to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the tool and is limited. Misuse or use contrary to the use and care instructions will void these guarantees.

Shipping Fees:
We use FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service for standard service. Delivery times range from 6 to 10 business days. Deliveries west of the Mississippi may take longer. Fees include shipping, handling, and packing.
