Piedmont District Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs Meeting. Held at the Koger Holiday Inn in Richmond, VA. TGW will be set-up as a vendor.

Three professionals all offering practical application information in their given field: Amy Hicks, organic vegetable farmer with husband George in New Kent, VA; Heather Driscoll, organic lawn care and landscape professional in VA Beach, VA; Lisa Ziegler, organic flower farmer in Newport News, VA. Tickets will go on sale Dec 1, 2011, limited seating, pre-registration is required. Held at Warwick River Mennonite Church in Newport News, VA. $40 per person, lunch included, walk down the road to Lisa’s farm for a tour following the program and have opportunity to purchase organic vegetable plants, seeds and gardening supplies. 100% of proceeds from registration will benefit a farming project in a struggling nation. Presented by the Petersburg Garden Club. The cost is $30.00, ticket includes lunch and lecture. Held at the Country Club of Petersburg, Petersburg, VA. - Tour our Farm!!! Historical Garden Week

Our cut-flower farm will be on the Historical Garden Week Tour for Newport News in 2012! This is such an honor for us and your opportunity to come see our farm ready to spring into action for the season. The tour for Newport News is on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, a tour ticket is required. Information on where tickets will be available will be coming in February 2012.
